Close Encounter of the Second Bit - GB PixelArt Jam 2024
I wanted to pay tribute to this handheld games console that I love so much since my childhood, as well as its own restriction.
In this scene we witness the meeting between a person and a giant Game Boy. Also, as my usual, I added an eye because I really like having a screen that looks at us.
As the Jam rules asked for a miximum of 192 tiles max. I've done this one at this limit.

For what was by far the wildest colour palette - these colours feel almost natural in this scene! I think that means you've captured a mood pretty perfectly :) I dig it!
